Born and raised in Midland, Andrea DeLaCruz is a dedicated REALTOR®, educator, wife, and proud mother who is passionate about serving her community through both education and real estate. With a Master’s Degree in Education and years of experience in the classroom, Andrea brings patience, strong communication, and an educational approach to every real estate transaction.
Known for her philosophy of “educate before I negotiate,” Andrea believes her clients deserve to fully understand every step of the home buying and selling process. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, investors, or relocation clients, she is committed to making the experience feel approachable, empowering, and stress-free.
Andrea’s passion for helping others comes from her own life experiences and the challenges she overcame growing up. Those experiences shaped her heart for service and continue to drive her mission of helping families build stability, create generational wealth, and achieve the dream of homeownership.
