Hi everyone, my name is Perla Medina, and I’m excited to be part of this incredible real estate team!

I earned my real estate license in 2022, and I chose this career because of the joy it brings me to help families achieve their dream of homeownership. My focus is on guiding clients with care and dedication, right here in the Permian Basin and its surrounding communities.

Before real estate, I built a background as a medical assistant, a PCT at a dialysis clinic, and spent 7 years working at a bank in Odessa. Those roles gave me valuable experience in communication, service, and professionalism—skills I now bring to every client relationship.

I was born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, raised in El Paso, Texas, and also lived in Denver, Colorado, for 9 years, but for the past 11 years Odessa and the Permian Basin have been my home.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, a proud mother of four, and someone deeply committed to family. That love and dedication extends to the families I serve, as I help them find the right place to call home here in our region.

I look forward to continuing to grow with this team and helping even more families throughout the Permian Basin and beyond.
